House rules

Dear guests, 

 

We would like to welcome you to our holiday property and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

 

With our accommodation we would like to provide you with the basis for carefree and impeccable days and we always make every effort to do so. In order that this can always succeed, it is necessary that our guests accept and adhere to the house rules.

 

With your booking you accept our house rules, which are always part of our contract with the tenant. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all fellow travellers also comply with the house rules.

General

 

Any objects in the holiday property may be used by the tenant. We ask for a considerate treatment of the furnishings and equipment of our holiday property.

We would be very grateful if you could dry yourself before entering the rooms or apartments (danger of slipping).

None of the furniture in the interior may be taken outside or moved around. Furniture may not be moved in any way.

On arrival, the beds are covered and will be changed accordingly in case of longer rental periods. Towels will be checked and changed if necessary (please only have them changed if necessary, for the sake of the environment)

A necessary cleaning of the holiday property during your stay is not replaced by the final cleaning included in the price. Everything you need for a usual cleaning is ready for you and should be used.

Toilet paper is provided all the time.

Smoking is not allowed in the whole building. Please go to the terrace or garden area and use an ashtray. Completely cooled down cigarette remains are disposed of in the residual waste. If burn spots or holes occur, the tenant will of course pay the repair costs and report the damage.

Provide for sufficient ventilation of the rooms by means of opening the windows wide at least once a day for 5 minutes to prevent the formation of mould and odours.

For environmental reasons, please make sure to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation and close windows and doors when using them.

During the agreed rental period you take responsibility for the rented holiday home. Always close all doors when leaving and always take the front door key with you. We accept no liability in the event of burglary or theft.

Please supervise your children and make sure that your "little ones" also comply with the house rules. We do not accept liability for personal injury.

Rest periods must be observed: 23:00 - 7:00

 

Kitchen

 

1. crockery, cutlery, pots, etc. may only be returned to their places of storage when clean and dry

2. hot objects such as pots or pans should always be placed on tables and worktops only with coasters.

3. use a kitchen board as a base for cutting and chopping food.

4. please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean Cleaning agents are available.

 

Terrace/balcony 

 

1. the seat cushions for chairs should be taken into the holiday property overnight and in rainy weather

2. please retract the awning and the traffic light umbrella overnight and always as soon as the wind becomes too strong. 

Parking

 

The Lessor does not assume any liability for the vehicle parked in the car park and its contents. A parking fee must be paid.

 

Internet WiFi

 

You can use the WiFi connection provided by us with your end devices free of charge. You will receive the valid WiFi code upon your arrival. There is no right of recourse should the WiFi connection not work

The tenant always uses the Internet at his own risk. The lessor assumes no liability for any activities of the lessee on the net.

Please understand that we have to protect ourselves against misuse with a signature from you.

 

Damages

 

If something should break or be damaged, please inform us of this damage immediately and not only at your departure. We cannot accept defects found after your departure.

The tenant is liable for major damage to the equipment. All other minor damage, such as broken glass or similar, will be paid for by us. Please inform us, if something is broken.

 

 

Disposal

 

Waste must be carefully separated. For disposal, containers for residual waste, paper, glass and plastic packaging are available outside. 

Please never throw food leftovers, waste or hygiene articles into toilets or other drains.

 

Your departure 

 

Leave the holiday property in a proper condition, including:

Empty the refrigerator and wipe it dry

Clean the dishes and put them back in their place when dry

Dispose of remaining food

If necessary clean the oven

Stow garden furniture neatly

Switch off electrical appliances (except refrigerator)

Dispose of household waste in the designated waste containers

Leave our holiday property broom-clean

Please check that all doors are closed before returning the keys
